GibJig, I just saw your comment. Yes, someone once called me "laughing cow" (lol) here by accident so I guess I am. Especially since it's a French product.

GJ, I wasn't even thinking about that part of it. I was fighting my inner lizard who really wanted to stretch out and take a nap in the sun. LC, is Laughing Cow actually a French product? I don't think I've ever looked. Usually too busy smearing it on one thing or another. It's an excellent swap for salad dressing or on warm spinach. I actually ended up putting those avocado cubes into the baby peppers once I bit off the ends. Flavor party!

GibJig, I'm not French, but I am a French-English bilingual :) I think it's a French company and growing up, we all brought "la vache qui rit" to school. I remember eating the whole container a few times.
