I've had HUNDREDS of "Day 1" phases. Today, I'm working on a plan for tonight so when I'm exhausted, burnt out, and want to emotional eat, I have already thought about my response to that. Step one was to stop eating breakfast when I was full, and put half away for dinner.

Portion control along with meal prepping with said food in the fridge could really help you out. It takes all of the thinking and anxiety out of it. Another thing that will help is attempting to eat 4 to 6 small meals a day. It will keep your metabolism going. Also not waiting until you're "starving" to decide what you want to eat. By that time it's generally to late. That's when we make bad decions generally. Just a few tips I wanted to bring up.
