Weak (re)start. The household feeding responsibilities are fucking up my fasting.

I am going to spend some time upgrading the family food plan for next week and prepping it all out so they can self serve.

I also need to commit to a standardized fasting schedule and refeed protocol.

You've got a plan, that's great. I honestly don't know how you do it with cooking for your family and having a separate plan for yourself. 👏
