Meal prepping did not help me to make up time to go to the gym in the week, not on the weekend either since I am prepping or shopping for prepping. It’s been 3 weeks, the benefit as I see it is that I eat meals that are right for me instead of grabbing a sandwich or eating some fried cheese slab at work canteen. Thanks to all that gave meal prep tips from ICA to having clear instructions, it works.

Meal prep is a key factor for my journey, I'm really good at making poor decisions with an empty fridge & stomach =)
