had a high sodium day yesterday and got some exercises done and little bit of walking. had a funeral we attended the persession of taking her to the graveyard and it was beautiful she was the EMT director for our county and the one next to us. Very well known, loved and it was so nice to see them bring out all the cop cars, firetrucks, ambulances, emt vehicles and all emergency responder vehicles for the ride from the church to the graveyard and they must have put her in the first ambulance that was in line and transport her to the graveyard by it Bec there was no hyrse. So I am staying the same today for the weigh in that's better than a gain. Happy Sunday everyone...
