yay down some more.. Calories yesterday were 1550 and less sodium and carbs than I had been eating the last couple weeks.. My first mini goal for myself was to get to 310, and then on to 300 and under the 300's will be a great mini goal.. From Oct 2nd to Nov 2 (today) total weight loss is about 5lbs for the month. Starting yesterday I am trying to stick back to 1700 call day and lower the sodium levels so I don't stay bloated as much as I do.
