its Black Friday, Haveba great day and don't shop too much !! sleep was 5 hrs last night weight stayed the same and I finally made it thru the Thanksgiving holiday and now to continue to get this pound and half of water I have been drinking too much water and it wasn't coming off that's why I went from 308.8 to 310.0 but onward to getting it off plus more. Have a great weekend tomorrow ...Hopefully everyone had a great Thanksgiving and didn't gain weight they lost...

I’ve been needing replace my iPhone for a while now and I was literally the first person at the door at the Verizon store today. That all went well. They actually gave me a free Apple Watch and a free iPad, which I’m on right now. But it was a pain getting me set up at home. Their Websites suck!
