I got a red arrow today. After recording weight so rarely I have not really had a red arrow before I think. It was the same weight though. Ended up with OMAD yesterday even though I try for 2MAD and a longer eating window as my normal maintenance approach. Had a very nice salmon.

Thanks Fritzy. I may have to declare goal one of these days. LOL I was waiting to see if my weight had stabilized or was this bouncing higher.
