Kale is power food!! Collards too. But boy do collards get me gassy! Ugh 😩 I took one of my mom’s digestive enzyme pills to help

definitely a super food. I make kale soup that my daughter absolutely loves. It is delicious! So healthy too

no fancy recipe, this is paella leftovers on top of kale salad mix with some chicken breast. but it was delicious.
