Finally lost the weight I gained on vacation.

I plan to break the fast tonight. However, the memory of gaining 8 pounds in one week (this was a week ago) Is still with me and I don't want to repeat that mistake.

This weekend I plan to only eat one meal a day with my wife and eat what she eats (*sarcasm* normally I would consider this silly because even though we are the same height I need more calories than her, right?*sarcasm*). I also plan to run 5 miles a day.

On Monday the fast restarts for another week.
87,5 kg Tappat hittills: 6,4 kg.    Kvarvarande: 13,2 kg.    Kosten följs: 100%.

I have heard that you would need to introduce food slowly for half of the time you fasted. Ideally liquids, pure and soft food. Good luck

@apantoja - Yes, trial and error from previous fasts has shown me that I can eat oatmeal or crackers, but processed foods like beef jerky made me sick for hours. After 2 days I could eat anything.
