Day 3 of a planned 5 days of ‘no solid food’ fasting

Nice to see the scale moving in the right direction 😜

Basically, the goal for me is to string together as many days of not binging as possible. My 5 day ‘no solid food fast’ allows me to do that.

Let’s see what happens in the remaining two days...

@CrashtestDawnie - The week I was pounding the carbs and jumped up to 183lbs, I worked out harder than I ever did in my entire life (I was squatting 200-230lbs for 40 reps 4 of the 7 days), so I think that is why I was able to do that huge drop afterwards. Just my theory...

Could be right about that. Also, it makes since to me that we gain water weight from eating a lot of carbs so we should lose all that excess water weight as soon as we stop consuming enough carbs to hold onto it. That is what I’ve always though was weird about your ups and downs. Your drops are much slower than I’d expect. But not this time!!
