Yesterday I did good on my macros, but, I did not run.
Today I plan to get a 🏃🏾‍♂️ run in 👍🏾

Don't think I could do 5 days. I've done 72 hours a couple times and that was hard enough.

@Fritzy 22, @Keilin_4 - If I were 'water fasting' that is more than I can handle long term, but, I am consuming about 1,000 calories a day. That makes it a LOT easier to handle :)

I still think you are really strong😀, I can not have a calorie deficit for too long, I feel like I am starving myself lol. I know that I am not dying but it is how I feel.

@Keilin_4 - Thanks! But, on the weekends I "indulge" myself so much that my body has become used to the 'semi-hibernation period' :)
