I weighed 119.6 yesterday. I ate an Atkins bar to shift some stomach content and that worked so this may be why this number today is so low. Rain today so no running or biking. I will miss it.

Ha ha... it is the artificial sweeteners they use in it (maltitol, especially) that have that effect on me. So the bars have their purpose if I feel bloated but I very rarely eat them. Some people can handle those sweeteners better than me. I am thinking the number will go up tomorrow.

Unpacking... I tried to be delicate LOL. Well to put it bluntly I was a bit constipated and wanted some relief and all the maltitol helped me eliminate some built up stomach content.

I do not have an extreme reaction to maltitol so I am OK with it. I am not too into the Atkins bars. They are very processed and after a few bites that kind of hits me. I love prunes. I rarely have issues with my stomach but the current brand of collagen and jello seem not to work out for me. I will stay away from that brand
