October is over. It was the second month of my premaintance where I am figuring out a plan. I am just increasing food intake for now. Still mostly eating keto levels carb but quite a few days where carb level has crept a bit up (more 30 than 20) October was good. Highest weight was 119 and lowest 114.4. Ending it around 116 which is one pound lower than last month. So I may still be losing. Will not change that much going forward just continue to increase food and maybe also carbs a little bit. Baby steps here to see where or what my limits may be.
Did not do measurements today. I think I may have lost a little bit but millimeters rather than inches. Perhaps I will update body measurements next month.
Hope everyone had a good Halloween. I made my favourite dessert these days: low carb pannecotta. So that was my treat.
