going back down a little bit more about time, today makes 3yrs now since my baby brother supposed to have committed suicide and I think his wife killed him in a house fire the law says he was dead before the fire get to him so I don't know why they closed the case out, but anyhow karma will get her back... slept 4hrs again and up at midnight.

I'm trying but I have been napping in the afternoon except for yesterday I didn't and still only slept 4hrs it's crazy but I will get sleep somehow sometime...thanks for your support and help..

Did you ask the police that question, why they shut the case down? Maybe they initially found nothing to make them suspect foul play. Three years is a fair amount of time, but you might go in and talk to them about exactly why you suspect her of murder. I’m assuming you were interviewed at the time of the incident.

Kena I did talk to the state police who is the one who investigate this whole situation and that's what I was told by them is that he was dead before the fire got to him and I told them his wife even admitted to me that he was in the shed and screaming help me help me please its hot in here and she tried to get him out but couldn't yet they arrested her for being there she broke the protective order my brother put on her. Rumors were that he shot himself then burn himself up in his little shed that was right next to the house.now there's no way that he could t have done that she put a lock on the outside of it and locked him in there but our state cops in Indiana are not going to do anything about it.
