I am running, swimming and biking now. And got back into yoga. All favourites of mine. I started right after Canadian Thanksgiving last year. Still enjoying my keto eating. Made some keto pb cookies to celebrate this anniversary. Thanksgiving will be mostly keto but may overdo some root veggies if I find some good ones. Otherwise, I will continue as before
