Day 2 of a planned 3 day BULK Blood sugar 99 mg/dL
I really hit it hard yesterday. 3,000 calories and 200+ carbs! A two pound gain isn't bad considering all that. I could keep it going today, but, a two pound gain is all I can mentally handle right now :)
I will carb up for my weight workout today. A McDonald's breakfast biscuit should give me the carbs that I need to get my weight lifting from 180lbs back up to 200lbs...
However, I also plan to do a 7 mile run. This should hopefully keep me from gaining anymore weight today. If I hold steady, I will eat a calorie and carb excess on Monday to help my workout on Tuesday.

What you call hitting it hard used to be a light lunch for me LOL...it is all relative I guess :) That is probably all water weight so don't sweat it (or DO sweat it and get rid of it) - good luck getting back to the 200# weights - enjoy the day!!

I did gained almost 2 lbs with 1700 calories. we will gain weight 3-6 days of the week eating carbs. But it's not always BF

Update: Made the 200# with the weights :) I even did 210# on my last set of squats. The orange Juice that @Chris77 suggested was probably the key.

@Nikeit - Yes 3k in calories and 200+ carbs was a 'normal day' for me too. Hard to believe... (sigh)

@Keilin_4 - We will see how much was just 'water' weight because I still plan to do a 7 mile run later today in the California sun. But, I have to be careful because the air is full of 'particles' from the forest fires nearby...

Great! 😀, I know that seeing the numbers on the scale going up, it is hard for us , but we need to find our balance, I hope you find it soon.
