Day 3 of a planned 5 day ‘no solid food’ fast Blood sugar 107 mg/dL 52 pushups 2019 PUSH UP Challenge (Overall leaderboard)I kept the carbs and calories down yesterday and the scale finally got moving in the right direction… I keep doing the calculations in my head and with three solid days of eating planned, starting Sunday, there is no way to avoid gaining 8-10 pounds. So I really want to get down to 169lbs by Saturday. This will prevent me from crossing 181lbs. That is a weight I crossed months ago and never went above in my adult life. This is looking good so far, but I have no ‘control’. I can only do my best… 😎 Life is Good! Have a great day everyone!
