61 pushups 2019 PUSH UP Challenge (Overall leaderboard)

Any day I have Quest Pizza I lose weight the next day, but, any day I eat Frosted Flakes, I gain weight the next day. Yesterday I had both (the Frosted Flakes were unplanned), and I didn’t gain or lose any weight. I think I would have still dropped at least a pound, but, I didn’t run or go to the gym either ☹

Today I plan to go to the gym and run 5 miles.

Wow you are at 61! Push ups!?? That is great. I seem to always lose weight after eating sugar free items. I think it causes a mini whoosh. I don’t notice peeing more but I seem to do that a lot so 🤷‍♀️

Good work for you. I am more than 20 miles impossible. There is something I would like to ask about. If you stick to no solid food 4 days, what about fiber to make proper digestion ?

@CrashtestDawnie - The same with me, but, I seem to get a 2 pound weight gain 2 days after eating a Sugar-Free/Low Carb bar or cookie. Its like they sit in my stomach for two days then 'release' all their carbs! :)

@Nadeens life style, @Steven Lloyd - Thanks! Basically I hold my breath and do the pushups as fast as I can. I have to take a breath around 50 and then struggle to do the last ones :) - - Also, I don't seem to require any additional fiber of digestion.

It really is okay as long as you use that extra carb/calorie intake to workout, right? I am liking that fact. 😊
