I'm not worried because I'll probably drop 2 pounds (or more) tomorrow. I did not run yesterday, because it was raining. This is why I do 5 days on my fast. @nikeit - Thanks! Those pushups really wake me up in the morning 😆 I may keep doing them... but, not 70! I think I may start each morning off with 25 with 'good form'.

good plan, 25 with good form would be alot better. their are alot of variations on pushups you could try to keep it interesting
