Day 5 of a planned 5 days of ‘no solid food’ fasting

This week I finally ‘made the scale move’. Nice to hit 165lbs 😊

The key this week was running and fasting.

I normally ‘no solid food fast’ but I drink protein shakes during the day. This means I am not really 'fasting' because I am taking in 200-500 calories during the day.

However, this week I ‘water fasted’ during the day (drinking green tea with Splenda). I then took in all my calories at night with a protein shake right before bed. I was careful to not even have heavy cream in my coffee in the morning, as that would have caused hunger during the day.

I also 🏃🏾‍♂️ ran everyday (but one) day this week, and 🏋🏾‍♂️ worked out at the gym.

My body fat is still at 20%.
