Day 2 of a planned 5 days of ‘no solid food’ fasting

Still sick. Still stressed.

Life could be a *lot * worse. I could be facing a real medical issue.

So, just going to be grateful.

However, I’m in no condition to run in the morning and it is so hot in the afternoon, I can’t even walk.

Weight loss is going to suck this week…
