Day 1 of a planned 2 days of eating
My goal this weekend is less than 100 carbs a day. This may not seem like a big deal, but, on the past weekends I have been doing 250-300 carbs a day.
This has averaged a 6-8 pound gain over 3 days. My hope is by cutting this down by a third will also cut the weight gain down by a third.
So, my hope is to only gain 2-3 pounds this weekend.

Wishing you a fantastic weekend. Staying occupied with stuff you like to do, is something I try to be aware of in order to reduce idling. Trip out in nature, sport, hobbies, cleaning, reorganizing, mending, reading... stuff that give a good feel at the end of the day. Leave less time thinking about food. Eat well friend.

Well, 6 big pieces of pizza are about 250 🍕🍕😱 I could did that 😝😂💤 I think 100 is a good goal! Have a great weekend.
