Day 2 of a planned 2 days of ‘no solid food’ fasting
I was so busy on Monday that I barely had time to drink my protein shakes. However, I was able to get a 5 mile run in, so it was a perfect day health-wise.
Wednesday is a ‘solid food’ eating day so I expect to gain at least two pounds, however, if I can manage to ‘act right’ the rest of the week I may end the week with a net loss.

@CrashtestDawnie - Every so often I speak at conferences, and they have the speakers 'host a table' at lunch. I usually spend 1-2 hours at the table (talking about application architecture). It is hard for me not to consume 1k-2k in calories (because when I eat I normally I eat and jump up and get active somehow). This time I think I will avoid any high carb food, but it is hard because the lunch is 'Top Notch'. I mean it is insane what they put in the buffet because the conference attendees are dropping big $$ to be there... Oh well I am seriously bitching about being paid to eat?? Haha! I'll stop now...

@CrashtestDawnie - Yeah 'croissants'... I am sure they will be there, and they will be 'huge' and 'buttery' and 'flaky'. Just *one* is 300 calories and 25 carbs and I could eat 4 without 'batting an eye'. So, no 'carby food' this time. I will allow myself to eat anything that does not contain more than 5 carbs a serving...

Good luck on Wednesday! That lunch table would be tough for me unless it was in a different room so I could ignore it.
