Day 1 of a planned 2 days of eating
I did a horrible job on the diet yesterday. I normally break my ‘no solid food’ fast on Friday night, but, on Friday morning, on the way to work, I had a craving for breakfast in the fast food drive-thru. Next thing you know I am 117 carbs and 1700 calories into the day and it’s not even 8:00am.
It went downhill from there.
Anyway, I’m not going to worry. I am logging everything. I plan to run 22 miles this weekend. Monday, Hopefully I will be ‘mentally’ ready to ‘no solid food’ fast for the normal 5 days. If I do I will surely drop at least 5 pounds…

@liv001 - Thanks. All I can do, while I am 'trying to get my stuff together', is to at least continue to log everything and try to journal exactly what I am doing. A strategy today will be to make sure I do not eat any solid food before my run. It is WAY harder to run 11 miles if you have *anything* in your stomach. Also, the *loss of appetite*, after the run, works better if I have not had anything to eat that day.
