Day 4 of a planned 5 days of mostly ‘no solid food’ fasting
If I make it through today I will have the first 4-days-in-a-row of sticking to the diet in months.
Perhaps I will be inspired to ‘low carb’ it over the weekend?
That may be a stretch because ‘mentally’ I need a ‘break’ at least once a week…

I forgot fears. Yeah gaining it all again is a fear. Losing control is a fear. I try to keep my motivations positive... such as I want to fit into my wetsuit come kayakking season
