@jenjabba - Haha yes, I totally understand 🤣 It was hard for me to post such a huge gain, but, the *only* thing that seems to work for me is to always-log-everything. I actually need to 'resign from the debating society' and just "log everything and see what happens".

@Fritzy 22 - Thanks! I haven't done it yet. Right now it is only a 'plan'. I put it in my Fat Secret exercise however :) But, If I don't do it by the end of the day, I will take it out 😒

@Draglist - Thanks! I would like to be in 'maintenance' but my average weight right now is 178lbs and It should be 165lbs. So I am in 'weight reduction' mode right now...

I lifted weights in the gym *and* did a 11 mile run. Jumped on the scale and I dropped 6 pounds since this morning. Let's see what my official weight is tomorrow morning...
