Day 1 of a planned 2 days of eating
I had an epic nearly 400 carb 4k calorie day yesterday. I am travelling this weekend, so I don’t have access to a scale.
Weight will be gained this weekend. I’ll be back on the diet on Monday.
What I can do is log everything I eat, as I eat it. This is actually slowing me down.
Either way, logging everything, every day, is the one thing I can do to keep myself from giving up and becoming obese again.
