Day 1 of a planned 11 days of mostly ‘no solid food’ fasting
I have done an 11 days water fast in the past (nearly 2 years ago), however never a *mostly ‘no solid food’ fast* for this long.
I suspect the results will be about the same, I estimate a 10-12 pound loss.

11 days sounds really hard. But you have protein shakes on your fasting days, right? Those can be considered meal replacements I think. Still, don't think I could do it. 72 hours is the longest I've gone.

@liv001 - Thanks! I am glad I finally found a week without any 'special occasions'. At the end of the 11 days is an anniversary trip to Vegas. So it will end with a bang :)
