The rec centre closed. That really changes working out. What to do? What to do?
Outdoor is fine if you are 2 meters apart and not close to people for more than 10 minutes. So walking and running are there.
But I need to make an indoor strength challenge regiment for the next few weeks. I have some weights and a weight bench.
Probably should use Youtube so that I stay focussed

I'm skipping the gym right now. Not even sure it is still open. And my allergies are so bad I can't even go outside for the nice long walks. Well, it's raining anyway. I do have a mat so can do floor exercises if I am motivated.

I am currently doing soul line dancing. It is other ppl dancing and i follow along at home. Currently doing "booty call" and it is a blast. 🍑🍑 kills my abs though.

I started out with JessicaSmithTV and then HASfit and now my favourite is Sydney Cummings. All three have a variety of styles and levels of workouts and tons to choose from. Hope you find one you like!
