Day 4 of a planned 5 days of mostly ‘no solid food’ fasting
Another loss.
However, I know I am definitely 'gaining net weight' that started before this pandemic stuff and is now 'getting worse'. But, I am now just trying to 'slow it as much as possible'. When this pandemic stuff is over I will just go back to fasting 10+ days until I get back to my BMI Weight.
