Day 4 of a planned 5 days of mostly ‘no solid food’ fasting
I feel much better today. When I am feeling down, it is hard to remember that “this too shall pass”.
Anyway, settling into my ‘new normal’ working from home, walking about an hour a day, drinking protein shakes during the week.
