I know what it will take to ‘fix this’, sticking to ‘no solid food fast’ for 14+ days.
I’m just not up to doing that during the ‘lock down’.
I will try to get out by 6:00am to do a run however…

@liv001 - I hope you have a nice Sunday Too! - I got a 5 mile run in today. I ended up running later than I wanted to, but, we are having a heatwave so there were not a lot of people out (I still ran in the street to keep social distancing).
