I have been weighing only once a week because I didn't want to have to record 190lbs 😒
However, I have been *binging* less this week and I needed to see how lower carbs on the weekend was helping me.
If I stick to my normal eating and exercise during the week, I hope to drop to 188lbs by Friday.
