Yes I agree! Limit the bread! I don’t even know if this is right or wrong but I try to get my grains from oatmeal and then I add some wheat germ and some ground flaxseed to it...I’m a work in progress! 😂🤣😂

@keta27, @liv001 - Thanks! - Update: Tried to control the carbs this weekend, but, so far unable to do it (sigh). However, replaced half of the snaking with grapes and oranges.
