Blood sugar 97 mg/dL

Less 'man boob' and more muscle :)

It did not take me a year to lose the weight. I basically lost all the weight in a few months, through fasting, following Dr. Jason Fung after reading his book The Obesity Code: Unlocking the Secrets of Weight Loss

great that it works for you. I could never do fasting. I have hypoglycemia. I can't not eat solid food. I need it for my blood sugar.

@jamiqua - Understood. For example a person with T1 diabetes needs to carefully regulate blood sugar. I drink a lot of protein shakes in heavy cream. Most days I consume more than 1,000 calories. I don't have solid food on most weekdays to prevent 'eating binges'.
