I didn’t plan on fasting today because there is a party we are going to this evening, but, because there is *another* dinner party we plan to go to on Sunday, I just can’t just sit back and eat anything I want three days in a row. I have gained 7-10 pounds doing that in the past!

I will also try to get to the gym today for an extra day of weightlifting. For me, the only good use of carbs is to power my weightlifting 😊 The carbs sure helped me get through my pushups this morning 😊

@Becc@ - Maybe "ok" but not "great" :) I had a project that I spent over 20 hours on not work. Very upsetting. I needed to * do something * - - So I stress ate. I'm gonna go for a run so I can 'stop the train'...
