Day 4 of a planned 5 days of ‘no solid food’ fasting
Nothing better than the 3rd day of a fast... other than the 4th+ day 😊
Scale finally moving… I think the biggest reason it was moving slowly at the beginning of the week is that I did not have the usual big gain over the weekend.
I plan to do a run this morning and tomorrow morning...
